We offer a unique financing program for solar that allows the solar developer to own the system and finance it for the host. The annual payments create modest economic savings for the client, but the client then has the opportunity to buy the system out after 72 months. All incentives and tax credits savings will be passed along to the client. If the client chooses not to purchase the system, then the agreement can convert to a Power Purchase Agreement. This is a low-risk solution that offers considerable upside to the client if the system is bought out.
